Once a file passes vetting, we route it to one broker — yours, if it fits — with everything you need on the first call: business name, owner name, revenue, time in business, use of funds, intent, and a quick note from the agent who spoke to them.

Step 04

You take it to the close.

From here it is the part you are great at. You build the relationship, structure the offer, send the contract, and fund the deal. We stay out of the way unless you need anything from us — a stip, a re-confirm, a referral note.
